OUR PROCESS
Whether it’s a place to call home, or an investment property, here’s what you can expect when working with us:
1 / Engagement
Tell us about your project, your wants and needs and the vision for your home.
2 / Agreement
Our Quote Agreement will be sent to you and it is at this stage you will give further details about your projects specifications, budget and plans.
3 / Site Inspections & Design
The site inspection is an opportunity to fine-tune specifications for the quoting process. Our Head Builder & Project Manager, Michael, will meet you onsite to discuss your design goals and vision. It is at this stage that we will give our recommendations (while taking your feedback into consideration) and discuss requirements.
4 / Quote Proposal, Approval & Contracts
We will begin groundwork to build your estimate and send through to you. Once you have approved your design and costings we will prepare a contract based on the agreed plans, cost and specifications in your quote.
5 / Build & Project Management
Detailed planning is set in place to ensure your project moves forward in a timely manner.
We believe transparency and communication is key. Our focus is to create positive experiences for our clients from start to finish. We pride ourselves on open communication, including you in every aspect of the decision-making, from concept to completion.
We are committed to completing your project with the highest quality workmanship to deliver a result you’re proud of.
6 / Final Inspection & Handover
A final walk-through is done with our Head Builder & Project Manager and official handover is complete. Congratulations!
